Choices Intake

Thank you for your interest in seeking therapy with us at Choices Counseling & Consulting! We have been proudly serving the LGBTQIA+ Community in the Capital Region for over 30 years, with a focus on gender, relationships, identity and sexuality.

Please note that due to high demand for our services there is currently a wait of approximately 3-6 months to be seen by a clinician for individual, couples, or family counseling. If you are interested in adding your name to the waiting list queue, please complete our Choices Intake Form. Once you submit the form your information will be populated in our system and we can determine how to best proceed. Most of your questions about Insurance & Fees can be found on our website.
