Elijah Nella is a narrative therapist for families, couples, and individuals at Choices Counseling and in the Hudson Valley. He enjoys being an ally to his clients and helping them to discover, clarify, and strengthen what they want for their lives. He collaboratively draws upon people’s values and competencies to navigate their way towards more fulfillment, freedom, purpose, and joy.
With an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, he has been a therapist for seven years in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Upstate New York. Elijah helps people find meaningful ways to approach transitions and hardships. As a therapist, he hopes to connect people to what’s important to them, help people feel less alone and more understood, and give people access to more of a sense of dignity and respect.
